Last Saturday (23/10/10) , Ryan was on leave, he offered me an 1 1/2days short trip come with 2 choices, 1 is to go Genting, another is to go Melacca. Both places i was also excited since i was quite a long time never been to these places. Genting, a good place for us to runaway from summer heat. Melacca, another good place that only can think of eat, hehehheh....At last, i chose for Genting, maybe is because of the distance...I guess so...When we reached Genting, it was already 2.00pm. The first thing we need to do is of course to get a room in First World Hotel ( the cheapest hotel in Genting). We waited for our queuing number for more than 1/2 hours. As u know, every Saturday and Sunday is consider Peak season for Genting and everyday there are full of visitors. We paid for our Deluxe Room for RM207, peak season price should be RM245 per night, i offset my 1 point of Genting Point (GP) and get this 'discount rate'. Anyway, i still think that the price is expensive and not worth to stay... After we have checked in our room, we went to a Restaurant at 1st floor of First World Hotel named 2in1 Hot bowl or something like that i can't really remember,RM28++ per pax. Food was not nice, the most satisfied us was the fried rice, ahahhaha, can't imagine right?! At night, we caught a movie over there 'Perfect Wedding', this was the first time we had movie in Genting, a lil bit weird, cuz before start the movie, there was neither movie trailer nor advertisement play but listen to light and easy music, weirdo! The nex day morning, before we leave, we went to 好友记to have our DIM SUM breakfast. This restaurant is highly recommended, we have tried the food for several times and we think this is the most tasty and affordable restaurant in Genting. Around 11am, we started to go down, back to home...
